East Gate

Bio: "THE EAST GATE" comes from the name of the eastern gateway, on the eastern wall, surrounding the old city of Jerusalem, Israel. Ezekiel 43:4 says, "The glory of the Lord entered the temple through the east gate".

We believe the "CHURCH" is the hope of the world! We want to connect & partner with the church in allowing a fresh release of the spirit on the earth. We are dedicated to reaching the lost, and seeing lives changed for Christ! We believe that if we can inflame, inspire and ignite the church/body for revival and outreach through music & worship, then we'll have a greater impact on reaching the unsaved world.

We want to ignite a passion in the church to worship God without reserve; to get people EXCITED about what God is doing in the world today! We want to see the power & love of God become tangible in the lives of ordinary people. We feel that God is ready to move; he's simply looking for willing hearts to abandon old legalistic forms; allowing the new wine to flow. We cannot pour new wine into an old wineskin (Matt 9)...it will break!

We want to live from a position of faith, allowing the spirit to move in fresh ways to reform and purify His bride...as God is always moving in new ways; his strategies rarely make sense to our natural minds. As we pursue this, we cling tightly to the foundational word of God, relentlessly pursuing personal intimacy with Him, and never compromising the truth!

The East Gate is passionate about showing people a simple Jesus; a Jesus that is very approachable; a Jesus who longs for relationship with His children; a Jesus that restores, redeems and heals! Get ready for the most powerful & exciting time in history the world has ever known!!!!!
