Christian Battle of the Bands
The East Gate Band won the 2009 Christian Battle of the Bands that was held at the Idaho Expo.

Please Sign up for Next year's 2011 Christian Battle of the Bands. Signups will have a $60.00 entry fee. If you are under 18 years of age you will need to include your parent or guardian's contact information. Upon approval we will be providing a link to each band's to their Myspace or other link on the web as well as a photo or poster for your band.
There is no reimbursement for travel for this event.
There will be an online voting process and online voting will count for 20% of the total votes. For contest band rules.

The Battle of the Christian Bands & Songwriting Contest is open to musicians performing any Christian style music, including but not limited to rock, alternative, blues, country, R&B, and gospel.

Battle of the Bands Eligibility
For the purposes of the contest, a band is considered to be a musical ensemble having two or more members who perform simultaneously.
Treasure Valley Revival LLC will verify the eligibility of all entrants making the final round of the contest. Bands not meeting all requirements will be disqualified.
Winners must return an affidavit of eligibility/recording rights/publicity release within 3 days of notification. Failure to sign and return such affidavit or provision of false/inaccurate information therein will result in disqualification.
Songwriting Contest Eligibility
Each song submitted must be the original work of the contestant.
Treasure Valley Revival LLC will verify the eligibility of all entrants making the final round of the contest. The song of any writer not meeting all requirements will be disqualified.
While songs may have multiple co-writers, the name of only one songwriter may be submitted per song. This should be the primary songwriter or the songwriter who will serve as the representative at the event center if selected as the winner of the songwriting contest.
Winners must return an affidavit of eligibility/recording rights/publicity release within 3 days of notification. Failure to sign and return such affidavit or provision of false/inaccurate information therein will result in disqualification.
The winning songwriter must provide written permission from a parent or legal guardian to travel to the event center. That parent or legal guardian must then travel with the winner to the event.
